Place your subject in a location
See the featureA location is the place behind your subject: a room, a street, a studio backdrop. tendre.AI lets you set it with a few words in the scene, or save it once and bring it back from one image to the next.
1. Describe the place in the scene
The simplest way is to describe the backdrop directly in your scene alongside the subject, for example standing in a rainy city street at night, neon signs. Subject and place render together.
2. Or save a reusable location
For a place you come back to, open Assets > Elements, click New element and pick the location card: up to six images of the place, a title and a description. Drop your own images of it, photos or images you made in tendre.AI, or create them from a description with the Generate button, in beta in 0.9.0.
3. Connect it
In Create an image, click Add a location and pick it in the Locations tab (one location per image). How it enters the render depends on the other cards:
- with characters played by their LoRA, the location goes by its text (its description, or else its name);
- with references by image, its image itself goes into the render: the real place.
The same location connects to Create a video too.
4. Refine framing
If the subject looks out of place, add a framing with + Shot framing or your own wording and generate again.
