Generate matching sound effects

The sound effects generator adds foley, footsteps, impacts, ambience, that match what actually happens on screen, without you recording or sourcing samples yourself.

1. Open the tool

With a clip selected, open Sound effects from the audio tools.

2. Let it detect the action

tendre.AI looks at what happens in the video, a door closing, footsteps, an object dropped, and proposes effects timed to those moments automatically.

3. Refine specific moments

If an action was missed or you want a different sound, add a short prompt for that moment describing the effect you want instead of the default.

4. Generate and preview

Generate the effects track, preview it layered over the video, and export once the timing feels right. You can regenerate a single moment without redoing the whole track.

Combine this with a generated soundtrack for music or ambience, and with Character voices for dialogue.
